Terms and Conditions myxe8 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the myxe8.app website, the myxe8 mobile app, and all services offered under the myxe8 brand (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

• myxe8 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors, system disruptions, or any unforeseen circumstances that affect the integrity of the game.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to assist with wagering is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balance.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to our support team immediately. Such exploitation may result in legal action.

Members may close their myxe8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all pending rollover requirements and any outstanding transactions must first be settled.

• myxe8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if a member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Valid funds remaining in a closed account will be returned to the original registered payment method once the verification process is complete.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for a refund.
• Members whose accounts have been closed for security reasons are not permitted to re-register without written consent from myxe8.

• myxe8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Under no circumstances shall myxe8's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
